Arc-Flex
Arc-Flex™ thermoset insulated wires are tough, flexible insulated singles designed for use in extreme duty mobile appliances or industrial machinery. Arc-Flex wires out-perform common AWM’s in resonance frequency applications and high flex or repeated bending applications. Insulated with Conductive's proprietary Flexxon-R™ synthetic polymer and cross linked, Arc-Flex wires are non-melting and extremely resistant to arc blow-outs when conductors reach maximum flex life. Arc-Flex wires are rated for oil resistance up to 80 degrees Celsius and is resistant to harsh chemicals and acids. Available in 10 standard colors with conductor sizes from 18 Awg to 8 Awg, Arc-Flex wires can also be custom designed to meet customer specific applications.
